National Security (Legislative Provisions) Bill:
Foreign case law on subversion

The Administration was asked to provide the relevant case law in other jurisdictions relating to offences similar to the proposed subversion offence.

UK

In the UK, a similar offence is found in section 3 of the Treason Felony Act 1848. According to the Halsbury's Statutes of England and Wales, Vol. 12 (4th Ed.) (2002 Reissue), the following cases are related to this section.
