Customer : No more? But under Article 27 of the Basic Law, we have freedom of speech as well as freedom of the press and of publication. This won't change even with the introduction of new laws in the future.

Newspaper Hawker : You're right. But the magazine you want is sold out, and the latest issue of the other one is not yet available.
